
1. Returns
Except as provided below, returns can be made within 30 days of receipt of an order. In that case, we offer a full refund for the purchase price of the item less the cost of return shipping via a return USPS label issued by Lovability. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as which it was received
Condoms: Due to the personal nature of condoms and good hygiene, all condom sales are final and - unless they are damaged or defective - not eligible for return, including any packs or kits in which they are included (such as Power & Pleasure Pack and Sex Essentials Kit).
The WaterSlyde "Satisfaction Guarantee": If you're not satisfied with your WaterSlyde purchase for any reason, email us at hello@lovabilityinc.com within 90 days of receipt. As long as the WaterSlyde is not damaged and is returned in its original packaging (along with the ribbon, velcro strap, and Happy Sock), we'll issue a full refund for the purchase price of the item less the actual cost of return shipping via the return USPS label issued by Lovability once received back in our warehouse.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, customers should follow these steps:
- Email us at hello@lovabilityinc.com to request a return label.
- Package the item securely, including all original packaging and accessories.
- Ship the item to the provided return address. Customers are responsible for ensuring the product is adequately protected during shipping.
3. Condition of Returned Products
Except for the WaterSlyde, only unused and unopened products may be considered for a return or exchange. All returns are subject to inspection upon arrival at our warehouse. A final decision regarding acceptance of the return will be made based on the product’s condition.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs, including package protection and return shipping fees, are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a verified manufacturing defect. If you wish to exchange an item due to a change of mind, the additional shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item - or perhaps just an incorrect order, please email us within 7 days of receiving your order number along with photos of the item. We will arrange a return and offer you either a replacement item or a full refund.
6. Exchanges
To be eligible for an exchange on a damaged or defective item, please email us within 7 days of receiving the product. Please send us an email at hello@lovabilityinc.com to alert us of the damage (a photo is always helpful) and we will walk you through the process.
7. Refund Processing
Once a return is approved and received at our warehouse, we will process your refund within 3 days to the original payment method. Please note that additional processing time may be required by your bank or credit card provider.
8. Policy Changes
Lovability reserves the right to modify or update this Return Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. By making a purchase with Arcaloot, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the terms of this Return Policy. 9. What is the restocking fee?
There is no restocking fee for exchanged or returned items.
