Lovability Shipping Policy

Thank You for shopping with Lovability! We're committed to providing you with a seamless and enjoyable experience. 


1. Shipping Locations


We currently ship to customers within the United States (including APOs and all 50 states) and Canada. At this time, we do not ship to addresses outside these two countries.


2. Order Processing Time


Orders are processed and prepared for shipping within 1-2 business days of receipt.

-- Orders placed before 12pm PST will generally be processed and picked up the same day. 

-- Orders placed after 12pm PST, including expedited orders, will generally be processed for pickup the next business day. 


Our fulfillment team at ARC of South Bay in Los Angeles operates Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm PST. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. 


3. Shipping Method & CostShipping Method


We offer free standard shipping to the United States and Canada for orders of US $50 and above. Orders below US $40 are charged US $5 to ship via USPS. Orders above US $40 and below US $50 are charged $7.50 to ship via USPS. UPS 2-Day service is also available;  we will do our best to get orders out as quickly as possible, but orders received after the Noon daily cutoff are likely to be picked up by UPS the next day (including Monday for a Friday afternoon order). Once picked up, orders typically arrive within 3-6 business days. 


4. Shipping Insurance


We offer package protection as an additional service during checkout. If you purchase it, we will immediately replace any lost, stolen, or damaged packages, giving you a little extra piece of mind. If you choose not to select package protection, we'll work with you to get you a replacement but there may be a waiting period as we work with the carrier for compensation. In either case, we'll ask you to assist us in recouping any losses with our shipping insurance company.


5. Shipping Delays 


While our team strives to deliver your order within the estimated time, external factors beyond our control, such as high demand, weather conditions, or courier delays occasionally cause delays.


6. Shipping Tracking


Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor your order’s progress. You can also visit our Track Order page at any time for updates; you'll just need either your tracking number or both your email and order number. If you do not see this shipping confirmation email, please check your spam folder.


7. Estimated Delivery Times 


Once a package is picked up in LA, it usually takes 3 to 6 business days for delivery to be completed.  Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location. You will receive email updates regarding your order status. 


8. Payment Methods


For your convenience, we accept a variety of payment options, including: Amazon Pay, American Express, Apple Pay, Discover, Google PayMastercard, Shop Pay, and Visa.  All payments are securely processed, and your order will be processed for shipment once payment is confirmed. 


9. Shipping Address Accuracy


To ensure a smooth and timely delivery, please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Lovability is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer. That said, if you realize you've input the wrong address, text or email us as soon as possible with the correct address and we'll do our best to make the change before the order is picked up.
